The Stranger
For this project, my objective was to redesign a book cover by drawing inspiration from the underlying themes of the selected book. I opted to revamp the cover of 'The Stranger' due to its rich exploration of themes such as Mortality, Isolation, Sadness, Society and Class, and Betrayal.

First Draft
The first complete jacket features the new book cover which shows the theme of isolation, showcasing the author's name along with a brief biography and a summary of the book on the inside sleeve and some reviews on the back of the book.

Refined design
In the redesign, I changed the profile icon on the cover into silhouettes of four men, with one of them highlighted in red to connect to some of the themes.
